Berkshire Hathaway January 2010 special PROXY meeting
The proposed is a 50-for-1 stock split of the Corporation's Class B Common stock without splitting Class A Common Stock. Par value of each share of Class B Common proposed to be changed to $0,0033 from the current par value of $0.1667
